Thiruvalarthiru Kasi vasi Arulnandhi Thambiran Swamigal, the then Head of Sri Kasi Mutt, Thirupanandal is the founder of the college. The college is located at Padmanabamangalam, a small remote village near Srivaikuntam in Thoothukudi-district. The college is governed by Sri Kumara Gurpara Swamigal Educational Agency with ‘Kailai Maamunivar’ Sri-La-Sri Kasivasi Muthukumaraswamy Thambiran Swamigal, the present Head of Sri Kasi Mutt, Thirupanandal as President, Srimath.Thirugnanasambandha Thambiran Swamigal as Vice-president, Honorary Secretary and eleven members.The college is Re-accredited with ‘B’ Grade by NAAC and is affiliated to Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. The college has completed five decades of excellent service in imparting quality higher education to the economically and gender wise decimated sections hailing from the southern areas of Tamilnadu. The institution constantly moves forwards to achieve the founder's goal of self-realization and progress of the students.
