There are some videos online, but you can't really tell if there's lag that way. Is it worth the price? There's some good exclusives like Heavy Rain, Uncharted, Shadow of the Colossus God of War, Catherine, Asura's Wrath and Journey on that list.I hope From Software and Square Enix come on board with it as there's some great PS3/Console exclusives not on PC like Kingdom Hearts, Demon's Souls, Armored Core, Nier, 3D Dot Game Heroes etc.
Yep, it's functionally fine. There's the tiniest, tiniest bit of lag, like you're playing an online game.

Though, disclaimer, I have a fibreoptic connection.The system has a few hiccups, I've had the app freeze on me once or twice, or games taking ages to load up for the first time, but I imagine that's part of why it's only getting a limited rollout right now.Visually it looks like 1080p streaming video, which essentially it is. Generally quite sharp but the occasional bit of blur or compression visible.

No issue getting it to work. It's annoying having to manually click a button to switch between mouse and controller browsing, and criminally, there's no search function.
You have to swish around the various categories to find what you want. Absolute arse.Also, no way around motion controls if you're not using a dualshock. I was playing Siren Blood Curse and forgot about a section that absolutely requires shaking your controller to avoid death. Impassable without plugging in a dualshock so I can't play beyond that point. Do a bit of research before investing your time into a game if you're not on a dualshock.The big downer? The game collection.
It's not awful, just stagnant and not that many exclusives.Also, no DLC where it's not bundled in. Last of Us and Infamous for instance have their DLC included as standalones, Guacamelee has its DLC included because it's the re-released edition that included the DLC as standard, but say Tokyo Jungle (which I own the DLC for on PS3) will not allow you to use the DLC at all. May be a factor for some people.If you didn't have a 360 or PS3, and have a good internet connection, it's an easy recommend. See if you can pick up a used dualshock and have at it.If you had a 360, well it depends, the only really big exclusive games you'll probably want are Last of Us, God of War, Uncharted, Journey and Infamous.

I don't think offhand that any use motion control, so your 360 pad should be fine, but don't quote me on that.If you have a PS3, just go buy used copies of the games, it'll work out cheaper. I have a fibreoptic connection.Internet speed keeps being brought up and what people don't realize is that if you have a mediocre connection let's say 30mbps down and 5mbps up that is more than enough to stream on PS Now.
The issue isn't your speed for the vast majority of people who will have the money to pay for this ridiculously overpriced service.The issue is distance between the server and you. It wont matter if you have a South Korean connection.
You can't go faster than the speed of light and you can't break the laws of physics. This means that if the server is far enough away there WILL be input delay due to the fact that your button press has to leave your house go to the server and then come back to you, and there is nothing that can be done to fix that.And keep in mind that as much as a quarter of a second is enough input delay to become extremely noticeable in an action heavy game. The article is simply stating 'having access to' which isn't taking price-point into account. In many areas, there's simply no ISP competition which leads to ridiculous pricing. This means that while it exists, getting that speed isn't feasible for a lot of people.Thankfully I live in a city where there are a couple cable providers on top of decent FIOS availability, so I can get a decent 50 for $40/mo.
