Latest Episode (Morrowind Rebirth 4.6):darkelfmodding.comAlright, so instead of making a new post for each episode, I'm just going to post everything in this thread from now on.Video Series Description:Morrowind has been out for over 15 years now, but the Morrowind Modding scene has never truly died down, with many modders continuously uploading new mods all the time. Unfortunately, the Morrowind Modding Community has not had much of a presence on YouTube, with only the major channels of Tamriel Rebuilt and OpenMW being widely known.
Out of some 20,000 Morrowind mods, at least 95% of them have no visibility what-so-ever on YouTube or any media beyond the website they're hosted on. And of course, I forgot to keep this thread updated, so today I have two videos to post.Episode 46 - Our Dragon themed episode with 13 dragon themed mods:Episode 46 - Order of Mods:Popular Mod of the Week - Reign of Fire: Revised By Razhkul & Rev. Well, may as well start posting trailers and the like here too, instead of cluttering up the board with any more topic threads. So here's the latest trailer from the channel showing off part of Skyrim - Home of the Nords.Once apart of the province of Hammerfall, the Druadach Highlands, after the contentious War of Bend'r Mahk between the Redguards and Nords, is a region that now falls mostly within the realm of Skyrim's encroaching westward borders. A rough and ancient region, the Druadach Highlands are home to many geographical features, from tall mesas that dominate the landscape, to sunken crevices and dozens of small exterior caves that poke out of the rock-face and provide a hiding place for rebels and bandits alike.

Here you'll find many ruins, both ancient and new, from the long-standing towers of the Direnni Hegemony, a once powerful Aldmer clan that controlled much of High Rock and the Reach, to more recent ruins from the War of Bend'r Mahk, a war that, despite both sides agreeing to peace, still wages on in this conflict heavy region. It's not uncommon to see burned down towns, ruined farmsteads, unattended corpses along the road, and destroyed fortifications from bygone conflicts in the Druadach Highlands.Though a rough and wild place, the Druadach Highlands is home to a diverse range of peoples, from the Redguards who, not so long ago, were the dominate faction in this part, to the Nords, Reachmen, and even the odd Orc or two. You'll find many small villages here, several of them of Reachmen design and origin, as well as the city of Dragonstar.
Morrowind Skyrim Home Of The Nords
Once a proud Redguard stronghold along the eastern front, today Dragonstar is a city split in twain, as the Reguard maintain control of only the western side of the city, and the Nords have full control of the east. A troubled garrison of Imperial Legion soldiers is charged with maintaining the peace, but it's a fruitless and losing battle against the hostilities of these two warrior-like cultures. Despite the conflicts and the wide range of dangers that await travelers in this region, the Druadach Highlands are a land of beautiful natural landmarks, scenic roadways, and rustic villages with a unique sense of culture, and are certainly worth exploring.Parts of Vorndgad Forest can be visited today as part of Skyrim - Home of the Nord's first alpha release, though it's important to note that this is a fairly out-dated release, and pretty much everything from that early version has been changed. Currently the SHOTN team is looking to make a major release that includes the new version of Vorndgad Forest, with the towns of Karthgad and Karthwasten included, sometime in the near future, so stay tuned to their website for more information! With that said, Skyrim - Home of the Nords needs more modders, especially to work on the cities of Markarth and Dragonstar, so if you want to help out, head on over to Project Tamriel at and join the team! You can download the Vorndgad Alpha here:Read up on the Lore and History of SHOTN's Reach here. Today we have the 52nd episode of Morrowind Modding Showcases, featuring 13 more mods for your viewing pleasure, this time around with a Modathon theme. All of the mods in this showcase were originally submitted for the 2015 and 2016 Modathon Month modding competitions, including tons of new quests to go on, dungeons to delve, new lands to explore, and a bunch of cool gameplay and graphics features. There's all of this and much more in Episode 52 of Morrowind Modding Showcases!Episode 52:Episode 52 - Order of Mods:Popular Mod of the Week - Scamp Replacer By PeterBitt and PherimHouse Mod of the Week - Vivec St.
Morrowind Home Of The Nords War
Another week, another trailer, this time from Tamriel Rebuilt and the Morrowind mainland:One of the more inhospitable regions of the Morrowind mainland, the so-called Grey Meadows is really nothing more than an extensive chain of swamps, marshlands, and bogs stretching all the way from the base of the Velothi Mountains down to the Inner Sea. This region of low-laying land is one of Morrowind's more unique geographical features, resulting from the run-off of thawed snow that cascades down from the Velothi Mountains and ash drift from Red Mountain, it makes for one of the more unusual locations you'll visit on the Mainland.
