TV show 2018 midseason premiere will feature Human Target star Mark Valley as the lawyer trying Barry Allen for the murder of Clifford DeVoe aka. Concluded with The Thinker having framed Barry Allen up for his own murder, when in reality the super-genius villain had transferred his consciousness to another body (something only DeVoe's wife knows, at the moment). Between Barry's fingerprints being all over the murder weapon, DeVoe's dead body conveniently showing up in Barry and Iris' apartment, and Barry having already gotten in trouble for 'stalking' DeVoe, the Scarlet Speedster is in a rough spot right now. Offers a sneak peek at what happens when Barry is put on trial for his 'crime' in the midseason premiere episode, 'The Trial of The Flash'. While Barry will have Cecile on his side, it's difficult to say at the moment how the pair will manage to prove Barry's innocence, given the evidence against him. In the comics, Slater was the lawyer who prosecuted for the murder of the Reverse-Flash, so having him prosecute Barry for The Thinker's death here is a nice nod to the source material. Martin) must decide how far they are willing to go to keep Barry out of prison.For DC die-hards, Valley is best remembered as the lead in the short-lived FOX series Human Target, based on the comic book and character of the same name. Interestingly, the Human Target's skill-set would actually be useful to Barry in this situation, as he impersonates people for a living. In fact, the character helped Oliver Queen out of a similar jam on when Will Traval ( Jessica Jones) played the Human Target.
Unfortunately for Barry, he may have to go about this trial by the book. Naturally, there's no way anything too drastic will happen to Barry, but Arrow has proven that The CW is wiling to take its heroes out of commission for a little while.
With the follow-up episode titled 'The Elongated Knight Rises', it's not hard to imagine Barry spending some time in jail while Ralph and the rest of Team Flash attempt to run point. It shouldn't be long until The Thinker's full scheme is revealed and The Flash is on his trail again, but the ride in the meantime looks to be enjoyable.MORE:The Flash continues with 'The Trial of The Flash' on Tuesday, January 16 on The CW.
This review will be brief. Human Target is a show that has good acting and a good story line. It has enough action to be a movie, and that makes the show a keeper. I'm not sure what it takes to keep a show like this on the air, but it has been one of my favorite TV series ever. Christopher Chance, the main character, was a professional assassin, and is now a bodyguard for hire. The past of the team is used to easily write new episodes, and keeps the show from exhausting ideas for story lines. Like other reviews have said, Christopher Chance is a great mix between James Bond and Jason Bourne.
This movie is not 100% action though. Human Target also has comedy and some romance intertwined.
