Eso Launcher Wont Open

I click play, it says eso is preparing to update 0-100% then windows security alert window pops up, says some features of java platform se binary are blocked by my firewall, I allow access, and then another window pops up with 'fatal application error' and says 'This application has unexpectedly quit' and thats as far into the game I've gotten. Anyone have this issue?FIX HERE!1. Go to C:UsersAppDataLocalTemp2. Search 'Resource1.zip' in that folder3. Open the zip file (any one of them if several come up)4. Go to $IAPROJECTDIR$srcpath5.
